Manganese Nitride Application

Manganese Nitride is used for the production of oriented silicon steel,high-strength low-alloy steel, steel and stainless steel alloy.

Due to manganese canpromote the absorption of nitrogen in liquid steel. It is conjunct with micro-alloying elements niobium, vanadium, titanium, to increase the necessary amount of nitrogen in steel.

In steel condensation nuclei for the recrystallization process, nitride or carbonitride a lot of precipitation, so as to achieve the grain refinement effect,and increase nitrogen content.

Metal Manganese Nitride can replace part of the nickel to reduce costs.

It is low impurity of phosphorus, nitrogen utilization join melt, add less. Manganese Nitride can improve the strength and ductility of the steel, expansion of the austenite grain refinement, and to improve its processing performance.
